She is just NOT getting it. mrgh. because, to my knowledge, she’s straight, at the very least “passes” as White(I think she’s actually Latina), and cis.

I was going to just let this go, I really was- until I read this.

You are so damn obsessed with the labels people put on you that you are, in turn, putting them onto others.

Why do you assume I’m passing myself off as white? And what does that even have to do with transgenders or the topic of transphobia? That is outright racism.

For the record, I’m not white or Latina- I’m Hispanic/European/Native American. I’m a mutt. I have no racial label that could be directly applied to me. And I’m not straight, I’m bi. I just happen to be with a man whom I love deeply.

Put away the labels and stop digging up offenses. Again, I apologize if I offended you- but labels don’t make you who you are. I hope one day you will realize that. Take your battles to people who actually dislike you, because that’s not me.
